Product Designing
If the product specifications and design drawing are available, we will create a three-dimensional model of the product by fully utilizing our mechanical 3D and 2D CAD systems.
Prototype Making
Before making huge investments in mold production, we build prototypes almost completely identical to the designed final products in terms of size by machining and pasting together several plastic and metal parts, and then have the customer check the prototypes.
Mold Designing and Manufacturing
The 3-dimensional data for the molds developed for the modeling in the design stage are used on our 3D CAM software to produce the final products, which are processed on our state-of-the-art, high-speed, high-precision machines. It is also possible to have the products manufactured overseas where production costs are more reasonable.
We design and manufacture injection molding products (on machines of 50 to 850 tons), and our main products in this area include external body parts for notebook computers and panels and interior parts for printers, facsimile machines, copy machines and so forth all for leading Japanese manufacturers.
Also, we are actively venturing into new fields.
Molding for Volume Production, Secondary Processing and Painting
We can handle hi-mix low-volume production, large-volume production and anything in between with great flexibility and deliver high and consistent-quality products with the minimum turnaround time.
Mold Maintenance (This service is available only in Japan.)
Our company has been engaged in plastic mold production for many years and accumulated molding technologies and expertise. So why not take advantage of these technologies and expertise to solve problems the plastic industry is facing. By providing solutions, that is.
Those molds you have ordered directly from overseas vendors, those ones that have been transferred for various reasons, and those in-process molds that are failed, defective or re-designed, and so on. A lot of things may happen to molds.
We are willing to work on molds that for some reason cannot be returned to their original manufacturers for repair.
We can clean, repair, modify and re-design molds only with samples and drawings provided together with the molds. Pre-maintenance service prior to any actual failure is also available, of course. Our staff members are well experienced.
